Kingfisher Point is a brand-new development coming soon to St Helens!

The development forms the third phase of the regeneration of the Moss Nook area and will deliver 111 shared ownership homes and 24 homes for Rent to Buy.

The development will consist of 2 & 3 bedroom homes available via the Rent to Buy scheme.

Sustainability is central to the development with air source heat pumps and solar PV utilised on the homes.

Rent to Buy Eligibility

To be eligible for a Rent to Buy home:

• You must be in employment, be able to pay a deposit up front and prove that you will be able to afford the monthly rent payments.
• You will need to complete our application form, provide supporting information and satisfy any landlord reference and credit checks and have the Right to Rent a home in the UK.
• You must be a first time buyer or returning to the market (eg after a relationship breakdown).
